I had a mix of experiences during my stay at Borghese Palace Art Hotel. The location is fantastic, super close to major attractions, which made exploring Florence a breeze. However, I faced multiple issues with the room, including a noisy environment and maintenance problems like shower doors that kept breaking. While the staff was friendly and tried to help, the overall state of the hotel left a lot to be desired.
